How long does it take for my order to ship?

Once orders are received it can take up to five business days for your order to be produced and shipped.

Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?

You may cancel or modify your order within one hour of placing an order. Simply email karen@onthesideart.com with the subject “Please change my order”, including your full name, phone number, order number, reason(s) for the modification, and requested modification(s).

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered in the case of damaged artwork only. Start the refund process by contact us using this web form. We will provide instructions on how to package and return your order. Upon receipt, we will process your refund, less original shipping fees, within 10 business days.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping charges are based on the most expensive shipping class. We offer free shipping for orders in excess of $100.

How do you package artwork for shipping?

Artwork measuring 11″ x 14″ and smaller ships flat in a rigid stayflat mailer. Each print is inserted into a sealed, clear art bag.

Artwork larger than 11×14″ ships rolled in a heavy duty mailing tube. Prints are inserted into a sealed, clear art bag before being inserted into mailing tube.
