Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
You may cancel or modify your order within one hour of placing an order. Simply email karen@onthesideart.com with the subject “Please change my order”, including your full name, phone number, order number, reason(s) for the modification, and requested modification(s).

How do you package artwork for shipping?
Artwork measuring 11″ x 14″ and smaller ships flat in a rigid stayflat mailer. Each print is inserted into a sealed, clear art bag.
Artwork larger than 11×14″ ships rolled in a heavy duty mailing tube. Prints are inserted into a sealed, clear art bag before being inserted into mailing tube.
